We’re asking for the community’s help in maintaining the safety of patients, visitors and our healthcare team members. With the increase of COVID-19 cases rising in Cleveland/Bradley County we are putting into place temporary visitation guidelines. We apologize for this inconvenience and will continue to monitor daily. Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland is asking for everyone to please wear a mask while in the facility.

- One designated visitor (ages 18 and older) may visit between the hours of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. One visitor may stay overnight.
- ER patients may have one visitor for the duration of their ER visit. If admitted as an inpatient, those guidelines will apply.
- ICU visitation:

- Patients with positive or pending COVID-19 test results are allowed one visitor. We ask that this visitor remain in the patient’s room while visiting. Exceptions may be granted.
- Visitation exceptions are based on end-of-life situations or when a visitor is essential for the patient’s emotional well-being and care.
